Camp 2030, the UN Youth-Led Innovation Lab on the Sustainable Development Goals, announced this week to its participants that the event will be postponed for the upcoming year, due to the CoVid-19 outbreak in the United States.

Crystel Koh, a member of Better World Cameroon, is amongst the invited young leaders to participate at this event. Her goal is to bring the voice of the project and to broadcast our work with the communities in Ndanifor with fellow participants, as well as establishing international cooperation deals, partnerships and learning from others best practices.

In an email sent out to all the participants, the organization expresses its “disappointment not to be able to host you in September” but advanced the new dates for the event: September 13th – 18th, 2021.

We remind you that, in order for Crystel to be able to attend this event, we launched a fundraising on the following link. Your contribution is utterly important, since Crystel is working voluntarily with us and with NextGEN Africa, so she doesn’t possess the economical means to cover all the expenses this participation will require (estimated to be of about $3500 USD). If you would like to know more about Crystel’s work and the message she has to deliver to her counterparts in Camp 2030, please watch this interview with her.

Let’s take Crystel and Better World Cameroon to Camp 2030!
