Webinar with Sonita Mbah at Caux Forum Online 2020

This webinar explored the theme ‘Who we are is how we lead’. More than ever, young people across the world are stepping up and taking on leadership roles in their communities to help find lasting solutions to the growing socio-economic and environmental crises. Most of these youths have been flung off the conveyor belt of traditional education, entering the ‘real’ world poorly equipped to navigate the complexities of community engagement.

Better World Cameroon's Sonita Mbah shared practical tools for connecting culture, identity and leadership: exploring how young people can be possessed by their ideas, commit their lives to changing the direction of their field and the system, spread the solution and persuade entire societies to take new leaps.
