GEN Africa Conference 2016

Supported by the German Foreign Ministry, the GEN Africa Conference took place during the first week of December 2016 (1st to 6th) at the Ghana Permaculture Institute.

Representatives and delegates from more than 20 countries, including representatives of Better World Cameroon, gathered to share experiences, present their projects and work on the development of the Pan-African Ecovillage Development Programme, promoting initiatives aimed at reducing poverty, restoring the environment, achieving resilience in response to the climate change challenges, and helping implementing the Sustainable Development Goals.
